Kevin Devanney, President & Founder
Kevin graduated with a B.A. degree in Business Administration from Benedictine College where he lettered in soccer for 4 years. Kevin has spent over 25 years in the Incentive Travel Industry. After operating incentive travel programs in 70 countries around the world as a Travel Director, Program manager and Account Executive, Kevin founded Incentive Travel Solutions in 2001.
Kevin enjoys his regular morning runs, golf and spending time working in his yard. Kevin’s favorite destination is Ireland.
Sara Douglass, VP of Sales and Marketing
Sara holds a B.S. in Marketing Management and Communications from Bob Jones University and brings over 12 years of experience in Corporate Events, Sales, Journalism and Hospitality to Incentive Travel Solutions. She is a Kansas native and has lived coast to coast from California to the Carolinas, finally settling in Fort Mill with her family.
Sara is passionate about details and communication; she thrives on creating solutions and cultivating relationships with her clients and is dedicated to enhancing the customer journey from beginning to end. Her core focus is to collaborate with VIP clients leading the program development to design, plan and implement a unique and rewarding experience.
Sophia Ono-Korkowski, Project Manager
Kevin Rosa, VP of Sales & Operations
Kevin graduated from Georgia State University with a degree in Hospitality Management which led to his 30-year sojourn in the hospitality industry and included luxury properties like: The Breakers Palm Beach, The Greenbrier and Sea Island Company. He spent ten years as Director of Sales and Marketing at The Sagamore Resort in Upstate New York where he raised his family before relocating to Florida. Following leadership roles at Turnberry Isle Miami, Loews Don CeSar and Chateau Elan Winery and Resort, Kevin has assumed an executive role at Incentive Travel Solutions to bolster our continued growth by managing the Tampa, Florida office.
An avid traveler, Kevin brings his wealth of leadership sales skills and hospitality industry expertise to the ITS team. With his son, Huntley, in the United States Navy and his daughter, Elizabeth, at Florida State University, he is enjoying his free time tending to his yard and relaxing with his wife, Morag, in their backyard gazebo. Kevin’s favorite destinations are Amsterdam and Sydney.
Robert Lusk, VP of Rewards & Recognition Programs
Robert brings 25 years of retail buying, merchandising and product rewards experience from Macy’s, Belk, Stein Mart and the non-profit sector to Incentive Travel Solutions. As the Vice President of Global Rewards and Incentive Programs, Robert’s focus is to deliver employee recognition and reward programs that will inspire, motivate and incentivize associates at all levels within your organization. During his free time, he enjoys hiking, camping and spending time with his wife and three children. Robert graduated from the University of Richmond in Virginia with a B.A. and his favorite travel destination is Scandinavia.
Michelle Cerilli, Travel Program Manager
Michelle brings over 20 years of experience in the Corporate Meeting & Event Industry with a focus on the Finance, Pharmeutical and Tech Industries executing corporate programs as a meeting planner and travel director. Her professional background includes launching a career as a business owner and leadership facilitator. Michelle has expanded her expertise and is now serving our VIP clients in her role as Director of Client Services.
Her core focus will be to collaborate with our VIP clients and to ensure a unique and unforgettable experience. She will support the Travel Project Management Team in customizing exclusive programs and putting ideas into action. Michelle is committed to deliver the creative ITS special touch with precise attention to detail. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her son, family, friends and her yorkie, Eli. She loves biking, beach, cultural events, podcasts, travel and serving as a volunteer for charitable organizations. She is a natural health and wine enthusiast and her favorite travel destination is the Virgin Islands.
Philip Smith, Travel Program Manager
As a Travel Project Manager, Philip is dedicated in offering authentically local experiences for our clients to truly engage with the destination, maintain clear communications, and manage the day to day operations onsite throughout the entire program. In his free time, Philip enjoys spoiling his English Bulldog, hanging out at a local brewery, and planning his next big travel experience. His favorite urban destination is London while his favorite natural destination is the Swiss Alps.
Meredith Thompson, Travel Program Manager
As a Travel Project Manager, she is dedicated to offering exceptional opportunities to enhance the ways our clients experience destinations, maintain clear communication with our clients, and manage day-to-day operations onsite during every program to provide an unforgettable experience. During her free time, she enjoys hiking in the mountains, reading while sipping coffee, and spending time with her friends and family. Meredith’s favorite destinations are Norway and New Zealand.
Missy Lusk, Accountant
Missy is excited to be a part of the Incentive Travel Solutions team. Her professional background includes retail accounting, taxes, accounts payable and payroll.
Missy graduated from Columbia College with a B.S degree in Accounting and Management. Missy and her husband, Bob, have 3 children: Jack, Patrick, and Kaitlyn. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, skiing, and spending time with her family. Missy’s favorite travel destination is Italy.
