Kevin graduated with a B.A. degree in Business Administration from Benedictine College where he lettered in soccer for 4 years. Kevin has spent 18 years in the Incentive Travel Industry. After operating incentive travel programs in 70 countries around the world as a Travel Director, Program manager and Account Executive, Kevin founded Incentive Travel Solutions in 2001.

Kevin enjoys his regular morning runs, golf and spending time working in his yard. Kevin’s favorite destination is Ireland.

 

Cynthia Kunz, Vice President SalesCynthia Kunz, Vice President of Sales & Partner
Cynthia holds a B.A. in International Business from ITESO University in Guadalajara, Mexico where she lived for nearly five years before moving back to her hometown in Cabo San Lucas. Cynthia joined Incentive Travel Solutions in 2008.

Cynthia works closely with clients to define the basic project and event requirements and leads the program development and plan management system. She helps gather the core requirements of your organization to then configure the best destination and event solution to meet your needs. When not at work, she enjoys playing tennis and spending time with her family. Cynthia’s favorite destination is Montreaux, Switzerland.

 

Bill CallahanBill Callahan, Executive Vice President of Sales and Operations
Bill graduated from Missouri State University with a degree in Management and Marketing. With 30 plus years of experience in the incentive travel industry, Bill offers extensive knowledge and expertise in Sales and Operations. His commitment to operations excellence has been the foundation for the value he brings to his client’s programs. Within his role, Bill utilizes his experience in operations by assisting with the coordination and facilitation of client programs as well as leading sales development with new corporate accounts.

Bill’s passion when he is away from the office is helping others with contributions such as his involvement in “Postcards to Home” and “Mission 22”. Bill’s favorite destination is Switzerland.

 

Missy LuskMissy Lusk, Accountant
Missy is excited to be a part of the Incentive Travel Solutions team. Her professional background includes retail accounting, taxes, accounts payable and payroll.

Missy graduated from Columbia College with a B.S degree in Accounting and Management. Missy and her husband, Bob, have 3 children: Jack, Patrick, and Kaitlyn. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, skiing, and spending time with her family.  Missy’s favorite travel destination is Italy.

 

Jenna PaleyJenna Paley, Travel Program Manager
Jenna graduated from University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a B.A. degree in Commercial Recreation and Event Management where she lettered in cross country and track & field. She discovered her passion for event management and hospitality after working in the hotel industry for over six years. She is excited to share her love of travel and project management with her clients to help them create extraordinary experiences for their attendees.

When Jenna is not working, she enjoys her run every morning and training for upcoming races. She also enjoys meeting up with friends and family to explore local restaurants and bars. Her favorite destination is Spain.

 

Lindsay PundLindsay Pund, Travel Program Manager
Lindsay graduated from Whitworth University in Spokane, Washington with a degree in English and Business. Originally from San Jose, California, Lindsay had the opportunity to travel often while growing up and discovered her interest in the travel industry at a young age. Along with her organizational and project management skills, she is passionate about serving others and thrives on the creativity that goes into planning unforgettable programs.

In her spare time, Lindsay loves hiking trails, hanging in her Eno with a good book, and training for races. Lindsay’s favorite destination is Cuba.

 

AnnalisaAnnalisa Beyer Beyer, Executive Assistant
Before joining the Incentive Travel Solutions team, Annie worked in retail management and sales for 6 years, specializing in delegating and providing excellent customer service. Annie played competitive soccer for 15 years, where she had the opportunity for travel and gained innate skills such as discipline, leadership and organization. Within her role, Annie will be there to support the Incentive Travel Solutions team both in the office and on-site with a wide range of tasks.

In her spare time, Annie enjoys art projects such as wood burning and painting, along with running and spending time with friends and family. Annie’s favorite destination is Greece.
